Dispatch & Delivery of Goods

Purchases made through this website can currently only be delivered to addresses within New Zealand.  (For destinations outside of New Zealand please contact us to discuss your options.)

You can either request delivery by courier or arrange to pay online then collect your purchase from our Kaiapoi store in person.  Orders can be collected after 12noon on the next working day after the order was placed.

Where courier delivery has been requested, confirmed orders will normally be sent on the next working day after the day on which the order is placed.  If for any reason we can't fill your order immediately, we will do our best to contact you to advise you of the delay.

We use the courier services of both Aramex and NZ Post.  Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days from the time your order is placed, but this isn't guaranteed.  Delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer. 

From time to time the business closes for a few days (to allow staff to take leave etc). Where possible we will post a notice on the website advising closure dates and revised processing and delivery times.
