Same casting as the bright oval version. Taken somewhere darker.
These oval drops are cast in sterling silver from my original designs — intentionally asymmetrical, each earring carrying a different surface pattern. A deliberate, unmatching pair.
After casting, each drop is hand-hammered flat, then oxidised — deliberately darkened and polished back so the raised surfaces shine bright against the blackened recesses. The contrast is sharp and graphic.
