Moody, wild, wind-swept. New Zealand's most iconic surf beach bottled: fresh sea salt up top, flax and nikau underneath, with a whisper of manuka woodsmoke like an old-school Kiwi barbecue. It's got a bit of a green kick to it too - or at least that's what my nose thinks.
